Rocket-related clouds - 13.7.2021 at 02.00 Oulu Observation number 108352

Visibility I / V

I saw a very bright lightly fluttering lightsource in the northwestern sky, surrounded in a mist of silvery white/blue fog, i suspect it was a rocket launch or missile test. It was visible for approximately 30 seconds, and the silver mist around the object changed it's shape a little during that time. it might have been falcon 9 launch that was done in the timeframe i saw the object.
